December 2, Fineko/abc.az. The federal budget deficit of the Russian Federation will amount to 1.173 trillion rubles (about $11 billion) in 2025, and 2.181 trillion in 2026 rubles, in 2027 - 2.761 trillion rubles.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the law on the federal budget of the Russian Federation for 2025 and the planning period 2026-2027, signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to the document, federal budget revenues in 2025 are projected at 40.296 trillion rubles (about 680 billion in 2026 - 41.84 trillion rubles and in 2027 - 43.154 trillion rubles. Expenses in 2025 are expected to reach 41.469 trillion rubles, in 2026 - 44.022 trillion rubles, in 2027 - 45.915 trillion rubles.

Thus, the federal budget deficit will amount to 1.173 trillion rubles in 2025, 2.181 trillion rubles in 2026, and 2.761 trillion rubles in 2027.

The inflation rate in 2025 is projected to be 4.5%, in 2026 and 2027 - 4%.

The upper limit of the national domestic debt will be 29.385 trillion rubles on January 1, 2026, 34.046 trillion rubles in 2027, and 39.004 trillion rubles in 2028. The upper limit of the state external debt will total $61.1 billion (55.5 billion euros) on January 1, 2026), as of January 1, 2027 - $59.2 billion (53.4 billion euros), as of January 1, 2028 - $56.5 billion (50.9 billion euros).
