December 6, Fineko/abc.az. Grain exports from Kazakhstan will reach 12 million tons in 2024, ABC.AZ reports, referring to Kazakh government’s press service.

“Kazakhstan exports 8-9 million tons of grain annually, including 6.5-7.5 million tons of wheat. The geography of exports covers more than 40 countries. The traditional markets are the countries of Central Asia, Afghanistan, China, Turkey, Iran, Italy, Tunisia,” the press service informs.

According to the government, as of the end of November, Kazakhstan's grain exports amounted to 6.3 million tons of grain. Exports of the new crop reached 2.37 million tons (52% more versus 2023).
