ABC.AZ informs that the auction step is at least 1% of the original sale price.

Individuals and legal entities wishing to participate in the auction can apply for placement of real estate services in order to place an order for real estate for sale.

Legal entities and individuals who have submitted orders and other necessary documents and have paid a deposit in the amount of 10% of the initial sale price of the property being sold can participate in auctions. Applications are accepted at the Property Services Center (20, Khalil Rza Uluturk Str, Nizami District, Baku) no later than 3 banking days before the auction.
