December 6, Fineko/abc.az. Opera has published interesting statistics on the number of ChatGPT users.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the company, currently the number of ChatGPT users has grown to 300 million per week.

Thus, as of August 2024, the chatbot's weekly audience increased by 100 million.

According to CEO Sam Altman, users send over 1 million requests to ChatGPT every day.

Earlier, Open AI announced that it is considering the possibility of introducing advertising inside the chatbot. The company is looking for new sources of income in connection with plans to transform into a commercial structure. OpenAI also plans to release in January 2025 a new AI assistant called “Operator”, which will be able to perform various tasks on a computer without user intervention.
