December 9, Fineko/abc.az. Changes are underway to the process of termination of employment contracts of persons serving in diplomatic missions and consulates.

ABC.AZ informs that the matter in this regard is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Labor Code.

According to the draft, the employment contract of an employee of a diplomatic service body serving in a diplomatic mission or consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan, or sent to work in an international organization body abroad by an authority (structure) determined by the relevant executive authority, in a state body, a legal entity of public law established on behalf of the state, controlling a package of its shares (shares) owned by the state, a legal document owned by the state, may be canceled on the day, specified in the application of his wife (husband), who works in an appointed position (profession) in an individual and a budgetary institution.
