December 9, Fineko/abc.az. Construction companies in Azerbaijan made profit of 3.06 bn manats for 2023 (59% more against 2022 - 1.63 billion manats of gross profit), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

Gross profit refers to the difference between the revenue of companies from the sale of goods or services and their cost.

The revenues of construction companies grew from 11.75 bn manats to 16.13 bn manats (a rise of 37% versus 2022). The expenses of the companies increased from 11.1 bn manats to 13.52 bn manats with an increase of 22% year-on-year.
