December 9, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, the minimum pension amount will increase.

ABC.AZ reports thay chairman of the committee Musa Guliyev said this during the 3rd reading of the Bill on the budget of the State Social Protection Fund for 2025 and on the budget of the Unemployment Insurance Fund for 2025 at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Labor & Social Policy.

Guliyev added that the insurance part of the pension will also increase: "At the beginning of 2025, the insurance part of all pensioners' pensions will increase by about 9%."

The head of the committee added that there are increases in the budgets of both Funds for the next year: "They will improve the social welfare of citizens in need of social protection, families of martyrs, war veterans. 50% of the Unemployment Insurance Fund's budget will be allocated to active employment."
