December 9, Fineko/abc.az. More than 35.7 million manats received from the export of agricultural products have been returned to Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ was informed at the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office that based on information received from the State Customs Committee that some business entities exporting various types of products to foreign countries do not return finances in the appropriate currency to Azerbaijan, criminal cases are being initiated in the prosecutor's office and a preliminary investigation is being conducted.

As a result of the investigative measures taken so far by the prosecutor's offices of Sumgait and Ganja, Absheron, Guba, Khachmaz, Sabirabad, Ismailli, Goychay, Shamkir, Gazakh, Terter districts, as well as in criminal cases investigated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the return of finances for more than $21 million (more than 35.7 million manats) received from the sale of agricultural products exported to foreign countries to the account of an authorized bank in Azerbaijan.
