December 10, Fineko/abc.az. The work on the inventory of natural resources and preparation of the e-version of the Atlas of Natural Resources of Karabakh has been completed.

ABC.AZ reports that Kanan Kerimli, the department head of the Ministry of Ecology & Natural Resources, made this statemen at a meeting of the working group on environmental issues.

He added that additional cartographic work has been carried out to prepare such an atlas, the publication of which is scheduled before the end of this year:

"On Cabinet Ministers’ instructions, based on data provided by the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, 10 thematic maps in e-format were prepared for the Karabakh and East Zangezur economic regions. These maps have been transferred to the Institute of Geology & Geophysics of the Ministry of Science & Education."
