December 11, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Aselsan Bakü LLC is reduced.

ABC.AZ informs that as a result of reduction of the share in the amount of $3 million by Aselsan Elektronik Sanaye ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, the authorized capital in the amount of $8.235 million was decreased to $5.235 million.

In order to ensure cooperation in the military and civil spheres, with 100% investment from the leading Turkish defense industry company Aselsan Elektronik Sanaye ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, the Aselsan-Baku company was founded in 1998 in Baku.

Company’s legal representative is Mustafa Yaman. Aselsan-Bakü has been engaged in the sale, presentation, operation and maintenance of communication systems in Azerbaijan for 26 years.
