December 12, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan from December 12, 2024, in accordance with Article 70.1.6 of the Law on the Securities Market, the license of Plato Capital & Co OJSC was canceled for failure to comply with CBA mandatory instructions to eliminate violations in its activities.

ABC.AZ reports that the investment company whose license has been cancelled in accordance with Article 70.3 of the Law on the Securities Market, is being liquidated in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
