December 13, Fineko/abc.az. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has signed an agreement on raising finances with Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to SOCAR that the agreement was signed as part of the trip of the SOCAR delegation led by vice president Zaur Gurbanov to Milan, where meetings were held with management of the bank and its subsidiary Vseobecna Uverova.

Further expansion of cooperation was discussed at the talks.

Meetings were also organized with current and potential investors from Italy on SOCAR bonds in circulation on international financial markets.

In addition, detailed information was provided at the meetings on the current situation in the financial market, SOCAR's indicators, its ratings and plans in the field of green energy.
