December 29, Fineko/abc.az. Documents for the privatization of housing in Azerbaijan will be processed electronically.

ABC.AZ informs that this matter was reflected in the amendment to the Law on Privatization of Housing Stock in Azerbaijan, discussed at the Milli Majlis meeting.

The draft document says that in accordance with the Law on the State Real Estate Register, the amendment to the Law on the Privatization of Housing Stock in Azerbaijan, proceeding from Paragraph 4.2 of the National Action Plan for the Promotion of Open Government for 2020-2022 (consolidation of this principle in industry regulations, as well as an increase in the number of e-services based on this principle to ensure the receipt of this document or information through the e-government information system without a citizen's request in the case of, if the document or information necessary for provision of public services is available in another state institution), approved by the presidential decree #1859 from February 27, 2020 as well as in accordance with the amendment to the Law on Administrative Proceedings, is aimed at establishing and legally regulating the sequence of obtaining a document and information about a citizen.
