The largest number of complaints accounts for Xalq Sığorta

January 17, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank has presented a table of the index of complaints on auto compulsory insurance for the period from January to December 2024.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the latest data, Xalq Sığorta OJSC topped the list with a complaint index of 1.35.

Based on the methodology, this indicator shows that the level of service of this company is lower than that of other insurance companies.

The 2nd place in the list is occupied by PAŞA Sığorta OJSC with an index of 1.32.

The Complaints Index was developed to support citizens in comparing the quality of insurance companies' services.
