February 7, Fineko/abc.az. As of January 1, 2025, loans from private banks with foreign capital in Azerbaijan amounted to 6.973 billion manats.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to CBA’s monthly statistical bulletin, that the loan portfolio grew by 94.6 million manats (1.4%) as of December 1, 2024 and by 1.6 billion manats (17.9%) as of January 1, 2024.

The share of private banks with foreign capital in the total volume of loans as of January 1, 2025 was 23.8%, as of December 1, 2024 - 23.7%, and as of January 1, 2024 - 24.7%.

The total loan portfolio of private banks amounted to 6.879 billion manats as of December 1, 2024, and 5.913 billion manats as of January 1, 2024.
