Kazakhstan's ammophos delivered via Middle Corridor to Batumi.

For the first time, Kazakhstan used the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR) to export domestically produced ammophos to world markets through the Batumi Seaport, ABC.AZ reports, referring to KazTransOil (KTO), which owns the exclusive rights to manage a 100% stake in Batumi Oil Terminal LLC.

“The export of Kazakhstani ammophos from the Batumi seaport via the TITR is being carried out for the first time. Multimodal transportation was carried out for its delivery to Batumi. The shipper is Kazphosphate LLP. The volume of exports amounted to 3,000 tons of Kazakhstani ammophos,” the company says.

According to KTO, in 2025, the Batumi Seaport plans to transship 50,000 tons of Kazakhstani ammophos.
