However, after other operating expenses, the company suffered losses in the amount of 2.15 million manats.

The presence of accumulated losses for 23.41 million manats on company's balance sheet suggests that it also ended previous years with losses. Since the company has authorized capital of 21.58 million manats on its balance sheet, there is shortage of capital. That is, the total capital is minus 1.82 million manats.
