February 14, Fineko/abc.az. The insurance sector of each country helps maintain economic stability.

ABC.AZ reports, quoting Ulviya Jabbarova, chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan Association of Insurers (ASA), as saying this at an event devoted to financial stability.

Speaking about development of the insurance sector, she noted that last year the insurance market of Azerbaijan amounted to 1.353 billion.

"Of course, it's gratifying. As we, as the insurance sector, cooperate more closely with the financial sector, the market is also expanding and growing. Many factors also play a special role here. Thus, the introduction of new electronic solutions makes the sector more accessible to customers. Among them are improved mobile applications, as well as Artificial Intelligence."
