February 21, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC has signed an agreement with Amal Group LLC for 27.3 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports that the agreement envisages the construction of 5 multi-apartment residential buildings and an engineering and communication network on a land plot of 2.31 hectares in Govsan settlement of Surakhani district of Baku, landscaping of the territory.

The contract price is 27,285,107 manats.
