February 24, Fineko/abc.az. In 2024, the State Budget of Azerbaijan received 37.6 million manats from the lease of state property (20.1% more than in 2023).

ABC.AZ reports, with reference to the State Service for Proeprty Issues (under the Ministry of Economy), 7.3 million manats were received from the lease of non-residential premises over the year, and 30.3 million manats from the lease of land plots.

Last year, 4,099 new lease agreements were concluded (15% more than a year earlier). 646 lease agreements were concluded for non-residential premises, and 3,453 for land plots.
