February 26, Fineko/abc.az. The State Examination Center has raised state fees for exams. Thus, the entrance fee for the final exam has been increased from 20 up to 45 manats, the block exam from 40 to 45/50 manats, the subgroup exam from 10 to 20 manats, and the additional foreign language exam from 10 to 30 manats.

ABC.AZ informs that according to Nigar Huseynova, the head of the Center’s Public Relations & Records Management Department, some individuals are exempt from the required payments.

"Graduates of the current year are exempt from payment at the first stage of the final exam and the entrance exam. And they have to pay for participation in the second attempt of the entrance exam. If graduates from the previous year have ever taken the entrance exam, they will be charged. Graduates from last year and those who have never passed the entrance exam will also not be required to pay," she said.
