February 26, Fineko/abc.az. Major infrastructure projects are being implemented in the territories of Azerbaijan, liberated from occupation. The necessary conditions are under creation for the return of our citizens to their native lands, after which new ASAN Xidmet centers will be opened there, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Ulvi Mehdiyev, the chairman of the State Agency for Public Services & Social Innovations under the Presidential Administration.

He recalled that currently ASAN xidmet operates in Shusha, which serves the residents of this city, as well as Khankendi and surrounding areas:

"In the future, after the full return of the population, this issue will be considered in other territories."

Speaking about foreign countries adopting the experience of ASAN xidmet, the chairman noted that 25 countries and international organizations have already signed agreements with the organization he heads.

"We share relevant practices with countries, and almost all four continents are learning from the experience of ASAN xidmet," Mehdiyev added.
