February 27, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy registered and provided 378,495 real estate ownership rights with an extract in 2024.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Service, 64,454 (17%) of this figure relate to primary registration and 314,41 (83%) to re-registration.

Last year, 63,600 ownership rights were registered for individual residential and country houses, for apartments - 85,938, for land plots - 216,583, for non–residential buildings - 3,397, for non–residential premises – 8,684, for property complexes - 826, for multi-storey residential buildings - 61.

Of 96,268 (25.4%) property rights registered during this period are in Baku, while the rest are in the regions.

In 2024, 286,92 technical passports were drawn up, 73,809 mortgage agreements were registered.
