March 3, Fineko/abc.az. Russian hotel operator YE'S, founded by development company PIONEER, and Emin Agalarov announced the construction of Baku apartment hotel YE'S SEA BREEZE on the territory of the Sea Breeze resort city.

ABC.AZ informs that a modern 16-storey complex of service apartments with total area of 60,000 sq m will host guests on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the heart of Sea Breeze, within walking distance from the main infrastructure and socially significant facilities, which will be an additional advantage for future owners and guests of the complex.

The apartment-hotel's room stock will include 941 suites of various categories and sizes ranging from 31 to 134 sq. m. All apartments will be sold in accordance with the developed high standards of international hotel operator YE'S.
