March 5, Fineko/abc.az. Prime Minister Ali Asadov held an operational meeting at the oil refinery where the fire occurred.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Cabinet Ministers, that PM Ali Asadov visited the scene on March 5 to study the causes of the fire at the refinery, and also personally observed the process of extinguishing it.

The PM held an operational meeting with participation of the Minister of Emergency Situations, the heads of the MES relevant bodies, SOCAR president and other officials.

Emergencies Minister Kamaleddin Heydarov, SOCAR president Rovshan Najaf and other responsible persons reported on the investigation of the causes of the fire and the assessment of the damage caused. The PM tasked to conduct thorough investigation into the causes of the incident and take decisive measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
