March 5, Fineko/abc.az. The projected area of Makhruzlu village, located 19 km from the center of Gubadli district, is 197 hectares.

ABC.AZ reports that at the first stage, 190 houses are being built on an area of 40 hectares. At the initial stage, it is planned to resettle 836 residents here.

Novras Jafarov, the executive director of the Service for Restoration, Construction & Management in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts, says that most of the work in the houses has been finished:

"Out of 190 private residential buildings in Makhruzlu village, 135 have already ended roofing works. Insulation and plastering of facades of 75% of houses are completed. Internal engineering and communication work has begun. It is planned to create all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable and prosperous life in Makhruzlu village."

The houses built in the village are two-room, three-room, four-room and five-room. Solar panels will be installed on all houses. Special insulation materials are used in the construction of houses, which will lead to energy savings.
