March 11, Fineko/abc.az. As part of the execution of the presidential decree on certain issues relating to the regulation of land relations, more than 58,000 families in Azerbaijan received state extracts for shared land plots at the expense of state funds.

ABC.AZ reports that 384,760 state acts were replaced with relevant extracts. On February 28, 2025, the head of state amended Paragraph 2.1 of Decree #1455 from October 7, 2021 "On certain issues of regulation of land relations".

Thus, in the previous version of the Decree, it was stipulated that from January 1, 2025, subsidies in the agricultural sector to users of arable land would be provided on the basis of an extract from the state register of real estate on the rights of ownership, lease or use of land. However, with appropriate changes, this period has been extended until January 1, 2027.
