March 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet of Ministers approved the "Rules for certification of civil airports and (or) airfields in terms of their serviceability, air navigation equipment and support, ensuring safety requirements, obtaining certificates of conformity for airports and (or) airfields, and their state registration".

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decree.

According to the resolution, issues not regulated by the rules are regulated by Law, the Convention of December 7, 1944 "On International Civil Aviation" and Annex #14 to the Convention - international standards and recommended practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization, defined by "Airfields", including in accordance with the procedures for "Doc 9774. Aerodrome Certification Instructions" and "Doc 9981. Directive on Aeronautical Services at Airfields".
