April 11, Fineko/abc.az. Vietnam is considering the possibility of launching a "Golden Visa", which will allow foreigners to stay in the country from 5 to 10 years.

ABC.AZ reports that currently the republic offers mainly short-term visas. The Golden Visa provides for residence in the territory for up to 10 years, easy extension and the opportunity to live, work or retire in one of the most attractive Asian countries.

If approved, the Golden Visa will be available to foreign investors and entrepreneurs, qualified specialists and IT talents, high-spending tourists and "digital nomads", and retirees.

The aim of the initiative is to stimulate tourism, attract foreign capital and enhance Vietnam's global image as a comfortable destination in Southeast Asia.
