April 15, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of 2025, the housing market saw an increase in prices, according to the official statistics.

Thus, compared with Q4 of 2024, the housing market price index grew by 4.4%, and by 14.4% compared with Q1 of 2024.

Prices have also increased in the primary housing market, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee. Over Jan-Mar 2025, growth was recorded by 2% compared to the previous quarter and by 12.9% against the same period in 2024.

The rise in prices in the secondary housing market has become more noticeable. The price index in this segment grew by 4.5% versus the previous quarter and by 14.4% against Jan-Mar 2024.
