April 16, Fineko/abc.az. Ukraine, Great Britain, France and Turkey plan to discuss security issues in the Black Sea, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Zelensky.
"This is a military meeting on security issues in the Black Sea, first of all, a coalition of willing, appropriate steps," Zelensky said in Odessa, speaking with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
"Turkey has already successfully negotiated a ceasefire in 2022 as part of a broader grain agreement... Let's take a positive view of the fact that Turkey is once again trying to bring all the interested parties together at the same table. We hope she succeeds," Rutte said.
"Speech is not about the end of the war, but about what will happen after the ceasefire - about security guarantees," he stressed.
