All employees of Landmark Hotel fired en masse

April 16, Fineko/abc.az. Three buildings belonging to the Landmark Business Center in Baku, where offices of foreign embassies, companies and international organizations are located, were sold to Aqrarkredit CJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that this morning, employees of institutions located in the building were unable to enter the building because their access cards were disabled.

It is noted that all employees of the Landmark Hotel were fired en masse.

The building housed the representative office of the European Union in Baku, the embassies of the Netherlands, Venezuela, Lithuania, as well as offices of well-known companies Boston Consulting, Procter & Gamble.

The Landmark Business Center was built in the late 1990s by Efruz Sami Muduroglu, an engineer and well-known businessman from Northern Cyprus, on the territory of the so-called "old mill" in the center of Baku. His son Eran Muduroglu auctioned the business center for $120 million some time ago.
