April 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Khankendi City Master Plan is being prepared in Azerbaijan, ABC.AZ informs, quoting president’s special representative for Khankendi, Khojaly and Aghdere districts, Elchin Yusubov.

"The Armenians, pursuing occupation policy against Azerbaijan, destroyed cultural, religious, historical monuments and cemeteries belonging to the Azerbaijani people in the city of Khankendi and adjacent settlements.

• Investments in Khankendi, Aghdere, and Khojaly amount to 30 million manats

In contrast, the Armenian cemeteries and churches located in the city of Khankendi today are preserved by the Azerbaijani state. The Armenian residents of Khankendi live here comfortably and safely today,” Yusubov said.
