April 18, Fineko/abc.az. The new resolution has approved "The amounts of monthly official salaries of employees with special rank of the Penitentiary Service and the Main Medical Department of the Ministry of Justice".

ABC.AZ informs that in this regard, Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree.

According to the resolution, the new version also approved "The amounts of monthly official (tariff) salaries according to the unified tariff schedule for civil servants who are not civil servants of the Academy of Justice, the Penitentiary Service and the Main Medical Department of the Ministry of Justice", "The amounts of monthly official salaries of military personnel of the active military service of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice".

The Ministry of Finance has been instructed to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to pay out the necessary funds in connection with the implementation of this resolution.

This decision is effective from January 1, 2025.
