If you work in an office on sedentary job, take a break every hour, walk around the room or go outside. If it does not work, stand still and, rising on the toes, pull the body up and down. Wear compression socks if necessary. During long flights massage your feet (tapping, stroking) to prevent blood stagnation. If possible, use high-heeled shoes less frequently. Try to take daily contrast shower, under the influence of which even only on the feet (if you cannot take a shower fully) a positive result will not take long to wait.
