May 12, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Apr 2025, the State Service for Property Relations under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan transferred 66.4 million manats to the State Budget (40.1% more against Jan-Apr 2024).

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the agency, that of this amount, 51.6 million manats came from privatization and 14.8 million from lease (respectively 47.4% and 19.35% more than a year earlier).

For Jan-Apr 2025, the Service conducted 14 auctions on privatization. During the bidding, 4 joint-stock companies, 1 small state-owned enterprise and 324 vehicles were privatized. 123 electronic applications were accepted for the exhibited property, 18 participants joined the online auction through the E-Auction system.

For the past 4 months, 1,444 new lease agreements were concluded, of which 190 relate to non-residential premises and 1,254 relate to land plots.
