May 19, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Apr 2025, gold production in Azerbaijan increased significantly.

ABC.AZ informs, citing the State Statistics Committee, that 1,026.3 kg of gold was mined in the country for the reported term (71.2% more versus Jan-Apr 2024).

Silver production also grew by 21.9%, with 1,372 kg of silver produced in the first 4 months of 2025. This growth is a notable indicator in the market.

The copper concentrate production for Jan-Apr 2025 totaled only 674.2 tons (9.3% less against Jan-Apr 2024). This indicates a significant decline in this area.

As for the stocks of finished products, as of May 1, 2025, 154.8 tons of copper concentrate, 579.1 kg of silver and 64.5 kg of gold remained in stock.

1,014 kg of gold for $65.22 million was exported from Azerbaijan in 3 months of 2025.
