May 21, Fineko/abc.az. Armenia used Russian weapons to seize seven Azerbaijani districts.

ABC.AZ informs that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov made the relevant statement during a joint press conference with Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan in Yerevan, in response to a question about arms supplies to Azerbaijan.

He noted that Armenia had been using Russian weapons throughout all the years since gaining independence — including to occupy the 7 Azerbaijani districts it had no legal claim to.

“Our weapons are used in Africa too. The flag of Mozambique even features a Kalashnikov rifle,” Lavrov added.
