May 22, Fineko/abc.az. . President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has amended the Regulation on the ASAN ödəniş Information System, approved by decree dated February 11, 2015.

ABC.AZ informs that the head of state signed a new decree in this regard.

According to the document, from now on, not only the bank account number of the person in whose favor the payment will be made based on the court decision, but also information about the funds to be paid according to the executive documents, the executive payment and expenses related to the implementation of executive actions, as well as the registration number of the relevant executive order, must be transmitted to the specified system in real time.
