May 22, Fineko/abc.az. The coverage area of advertising media in Azerbaijan has been expanded.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the amendments to the Law on Advertising approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

The list of advertising media now includes mobile applications (with the exception of mobile applications of government agencies), digital platforms (including parts thereof), advertising notifications and SMS messages, digital platforms that are advertising media - Internet resources used for advertising (with the exception of government resources), information and telecommunications networks and their mobile applications, as well as founders of digital platforms - individuals or legal entities who carry out advertising activities on these platforms in order to obtain material benefits using their authority.
