May 23, Fineko/abc.az. We see trends in the activation of artificial intelligence, digitization and automation of many functions in the capital markets.

ABC.AZ informs, quoting CBA general director Tarlan Rasulov as saying this during his speech at the financial and investment forum in Baku.

The CBA general director, who has recently assessed development of capital markets in our country as positive development, noted that development of capital markets is considered as the main strategy:

"The Central Bank is implementing important projects within the financial sector development strategy. Significant progress has been achieved over the past 2-3 years: digital platforms have been introduced, and trading volume has increased 26-fold. In addition, the securities market recorded an increase of 62%. Work has also begun to bring this market in line with international standards and local realities."
