May 30, Fineko/abc.az. "Immediately carry out design work in the cleared territories and allow citizens to build their homes in accordance with the project and the law proposed by the executive body."
ABC.AZ reports, refering to with a link to modern.az, that the statemeny was made by MP Razi Nurullayev at a plenary session of the parliament today.
He noted that a significant part of the former refugees and displaced persons have the opportunity to build their own house.
Nurullayev also proposed to create state infrastructure, and to allow the construction of houses by citizens themselves within the framework of the adopted legislation.:
"It will cost the state less. For half the cost of houses built by companies, citizens can build them themselves. Let the state provide them with money for the construction stages. I believe that in this way we would save 50% of public funds."
