June 4, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has developed the Technical Regulations on the safety of building materials, products and structures.

ABC.AZ report, referring to the State Agency for Antimonopoly & Consumer Market Control (under the Presidential Administration), that after completion of the public discussion, the draft technical regulations will be submitted to the Cabinet Ministers for approval.

These technical regulations also establish requirements for conformity assessment of building materials, methods, form of labeling and related obligations, as well as processes and procedures for the production, storage, transportation and packaging of building materials in order to protect human life or health, the environment, property and interests of the state, and to prevent actions misleading consumers.
