A company whose authorized capital lowered by 3.7 million manats

June 11, Fineko/abc.az. K Group LLC has announced a significant reduction in its authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that company’s authorized capital was reduced from 23 million manats to 19.299 million manats.

Thus, there was a reduction in capital by 3,700,010 manats.

Due to the decrease in capital, the company has issued an official appeal to creditors.
