June 12, Fineko/abc.az. Shares of American corporation Boeing have dropped by $17.5, or 8.18%. 

ABC.AZ reports that the decline began after the crash of Air India’s plane Boeing 787-8 in India. Boeing shares fell 0.8% yesterday and ended the day at $214.

The plane crash occurred at noon today. There were 242 people on board, flying to London. According to preliminary data, there are no surviving passengers. The cause of the plane crash has not yet been determined.
This is the first fatal accident involving Boeing 787-8. The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) began checking aircrafts in 2024 after company’s former engineer reported problems with fixing fuselage elements.
