July 22, Fineko/abc.az. Medicines and medicinal substances sold on the territory of Azerbaijan will be considered local goods for 5-year term from June 1, 2025.
ABC.AZ informs that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a relevant decree.
Under the decree, medicines and medicinal substances, the packaging stage of the production process of which is carried out on the territory of Azerbaijan, from June 1, 2025, in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement, will be considered local goods for 5 years for the purpose of applying a purchase discount.
