September 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijani banking sector has expressed interest in implementing joint projects with the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) in the future.

According to ABC.AZ, this was highlighted during a meeting between Zakir Nuriyev, President of the Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA), and Executive Director Yunus Abdulov, and a delegation led by BSTDB President Dr. Serhat Köksal.

The meeting focused on opportunities for cooperation between BSTDB and the Azerbaijani banking sector, prospects for expanding banks’ links with international financial institutions, and the implementation of new projects in the financial sector.

The strategic significance of partnership between BSTDB and Azerbaijani banks was emphasized. The meeting was seen as an important step toward deepening cooperation between ABA and BSTDB and creating new financial opportunities.
