September 24, Fineko/abc.az. A second new national park will be created on the basis of Lachin and Gubadlin nature reserves on an area of roughly 40,000 hectares.

ABC.AZ reports that Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Vugar Kerimov made the relevant statemernt at a regular meeting of the Working Group on Environmental Issues.

He noted that in accordance with the Great Return Program, an action plan for 2027-2030 is being developed.

According to Kerimov, one of the main issues in the liberated territories is activities related to the safe management of solid waste.
