Oil price goes up, Brent - $64.61 a barrel

October 3, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades in Friday’s trading after a drop the day before. The market has been declining for the past 4 sessions and ends the week in the red.

The price of Brent crude oil futures for December on the ICE Futures exchange rose by $0.50 (0.78%) to $64.61 per barrel by 09:33. Following the trading on October 2, December’s Brent crude futures fell by $1.24 (1.90%) to $64.11 per barrel.

The price of November’s WTI crude oil futures at the NYMEX commodity exchange grew by $0.50 (0.83%) up to $60.98 per barrel by 09:33. Following the trading on October 2, WTI crude oil futures for November decreased in price by $1.30 (2.10%) to $60.48 per barrel.

Since the beginning of this week, Brent has declined by 6.66% and WTI by 7.21%.
