October 13, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, the Ministry of Finance received 75.1 million manats from treasury funds management.

ABC.AZ reports that the indicator is 4.3-fold more against Jan-Sept 2024.

Thus, the treasury received interest income in the amount of 65.8 million manats in national currency, and 9.3 million manats in foreign currency.

In Azerbaijan, in order to more effectively manage State Budget finances and generate additional revenues to the State Budget, active management of the treasury account funds in the national currency has begun since this year. In this regard, auctions are being held to place a certain part of the Treasury's balance on deposits with the 5 largest local banks by capitalization and assets.
